When the form was completed and send KDE reset the session and returned to XDM. Chakra OS Plasma Version 5.5.4, QT 5.5.1, Kernel 4.2.6-1, Gtx 960 & i5 4690, non free 358.16 installed http://pastebin.com/3cZq4RqC Can you view you Xorg log. Sounds like X is crashing. Crash in our space is getting weird openGL responses. Can you also try upgrading/downgrading your graphic driver. Created attachment 97551 [details]
xOrg log
This is my current xOrg log. I'm not sure if this crash is still in there.
The problems started for me when I installed a new GPU. And had to upgrade to the G04 version of the nVidia driver. Didn't had this issue with the G03 version. However the GPU didn't work with the G03.
The G03 and G04 have support for different cards. G04 starts from the gtx460 and up.
Haven't tried downgrading. But had to upgrade due to a new version of the driver and it didn't change the errors.

I have this crash about 5 times a day! The lost couple of times I don't get a backtrace. So I have been keeping a eye on my Xorg logs. And there "clean". The only this I see in there are screen connects at the time of the crashes. Now it comes down to lot be able to unlock the sessions. I can type the password but hitting 'enter' or clicking the button doesn't work. I have even tried wrong passwords but I don't get any result. Because I can't unlock the session I can't see if there is a error report. The only solution I can do at this point is kill and restart X from the root commandline...
