As modern displays continue to increase in resolution, it is becoming ever more difficult to accurately select colours with the popup palette.  Enlarging the pop up colour selector would allow the Advanced Colour Selector to be dispensed with, thereby freeing up screen real estate, which is especially valuable on smaller screens such as tablets.

Simply enlarging it could affect those who don't have very high resolution displays, or those who use Krita on tablets/laptops negatively. It would either have to be customizable via settings, or it should take screen ppi into account. I personally vote for customization - the more you can customize the GUI for your needs the better.

I forgot to suggest making it customisable, so yes that would be my preference as well.

HiDPI mode does this now :-)
