When using the tablet, the cursor is confined to the canvas, i.e. I can't select the tools, brushes, layers and anything else that is outside the canvas window. The pop-up palette still shows up, but my cursor can't  move inside that too.

I can still switch to using the mouse for selecting anything outside the canvas. It's inconvenient, but it's not *so* bad... ( ' _ ' ) 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new file.
2. Use the tablet and move the cursor  around.

Actual Results:  
Pen tablet cursor is stuck inside the canvas the canvas window.

Expected Results:  
I'll be able to click on things outside the canvas.

I'm using a Wacom Intuos Manga Creative Pen & Touch tablet.

Apparently, when I restarted my system, I couldn't reproduce it anymore. Does this mean this is a rare bug?

Hi,

It's impossible to say, actually. Could be a windows glitch, a driver glitch, a Qt glitch... But we can't take action on your report, I'm afraid. A bug must reproducible to be fixable!
