Not sure if this is the right product/component to report this in.  I should note that when I first went into the setting, everything was mirrored fine.  I was messing around the settings seeing what was what.  When I went to move the decorations back to the way they were, I noticed that what was represented in the setting was not the way the actual window decoration was presented.  In order for me to have my window decoration the way it is in the link, I have to arrange the decorations as represented in the setting.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access "Window Decorations" settings.
2. Rearrange window decorations.
3. Arrange window decorations back to original state, notice that what is in the setting is not mirrored on actual window.

Actual Results:  
Mismatching window decorations.

Expected Results:  
Matching window decorations.

Thanks for reporting. 
I 'think' this has been fixed though, 
in master with commit 7c8c117cea387d3e3047702ae410055faabceeb9
and in 5.5 branch with commit 768ae398483060740137331d4483aa4ecd4e005e
(should be available in 5.5.3)

At least here, I cannot reproduce the issue.
What is the plasma workspace version that you are using ?

I'm assuming to find that out I run "plasmashell --version".  That returns 5.5.4.
