Using an Arabic locale, the output of list, install and remove commands (and maybe others) contains Arabic text that is wrongly encoded. Help command (--help) displays text correctly.
Here is a screenshot from Konsole: http://i.imgur.com/Jg2UOWF.png . The correct encoded text is in the green rectangle, while the wrong is in a red rectangle. The Arabic text (in the red rectangle) should be "يسرد أنواع الخدمات".
