I installed RSIBreak via `sudo apt-get install rsibreak` on Kubuntu 14.04.3 (Trusty). The RSIBreak version is 0.11. I use the Kubuntu Backports ppa, the KDE version is 4.14.13. Maybe important: I use two monitors.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move the mouse cursor over the RSIBreak icon in the systray


Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
A balloon message should be shown showing the time until the next break.

The ballon is part of plasma tooltips, have you by any change disabled the rest of plasma tooltips?

Plasma tooltips are enabled. Tooltips are shown if I move the mouse over the volume icon, the network icon, etc.

Ok, again 0.11 is very old and unfortunately unmaintained and 0.12 works just fine for me, please reopen the bug if you upgrade and still happens for you.

Works fine with version 0.12.
