I was looking to transcode some 4k footage I had to 1080p 24fps (or 1080p 23.98fps), but neither option was available in the Transcode sub-menu when I right-clicked on the clip to transcode.

Could us Statesmen get a little love for our US film standards? :)

Tested with Kdenlive 15.13.0 build from git master on Fedora 23 x64, GNOME 3.18.
