Bug 359145

I'm on a Wacom (Intuos 4, but also repeated on Cintiq), and no matter what I map the buttons on my stylus to, they are always the same.  Currently, I have button 1 (closest to writing tip) assigned to middle button (pan), and if I double click it, it enters pan mode, and doesn't stop panning until I click button 2 (closest to eraser side) which is mapped to right button (pop-up palette).  And If I click button 2 (mapped to right click) it enters normal pan mode, which stops when I release it.  I've tried remapping these buttons in the system preferences, but they still do the aforementioned effects.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Map wacom pen buttons to anything, and try panning with them on osx

Actual Results:  
Buttons not used as mapped.

Expected Results:  
Button mapped to middle button will pan canvas, and button mapped to right click should make pop-up palette.

I have not tried this with my mouse.
