The web browser widget in Plasma 5 only seems to be able to handle complete adresses which start with http://. In KDE4 I could enter a web shortcut followed by a search term (like gg:foo) but when I enter something like that in the Plasma 5 widget nothing happens, no error message, just no reaction at all. The web shortcuts are configured and do work in konqueror.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type something without leading http:// in the address bar of the browse widget
2. hit enter
3. be frustrated because nothing happens

Expected Results:
The address bar of the browser widget should also understand and react to addresses without http:// (just e.g. bugs.kde.org) and should be able to use web shortcuts as configured in systemsettings. And if a default web shortcut is configured it should be possible to just type a search term in the address bar to use that search engine.

It does understand addresses without http:// now! :)
