Which Phonon backend do you use? Which KDE or Plasma release is this about?

Hello Myriam Schweingruber

I use Phonon VLC version 0.8.2. Plasma 5.4.3.

Previously, no sound came in Amarok when I play mp3. Then I saw these instructions:

http://opensuse-guide.org/codecs.php

And then everything went up to the side effect that the volume to 100% sometimes jumps.

Vieleln Thanks
