I used this link https://edu.kde.org/kstars/ and followed the directions using two browsers, Chrome and Firefox. Both times I got an error message that the connection timed out.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on https://edu.kde.org/kstars/
2.choose install
3.choose Microsoft Windows
4. Choose download from here http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe
5. get this error message  http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe

Actual Results:  
an error screen This Website not availible

Expected Results:  
I'd like to download the program.  We use Stellarium and would like to see the diffeencs.

KStars include new links to download the installer now.
