When right-clicking on any toolview panel, the title of the context-menu contains an '&' character, usually at the beginning but sometimes as the second character. This does not occur for the context-menus of toolbar icons.

Presumably these are shortcut markers as per http://doc.qt.io/qt-5.5/qshortcut.html#mnemonic that aren't being handled somewhere.

This occurs for at least 4.90.90 and 4.90.91, I vaguely remember 4.7.x being affected too.

Fix Display of Ampersand in Context Menu

Use unprocessed window title that does not contain any ampersand
symbols for shortcuts.
