Kubuntu 15.10 (with backports)
kdialog --passivepopup is not working. Console gives me nothing. 

Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
No notifications.

Expected Results:  
Notifications should be shown.

It's working now on NEON 5.9.1, Frameworks 5.30.0, Qt 5.7.1.
