I nave selected all images in the preview bar, and the pressed the 'rotate' button.
Result: Only first image rotated

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select all images in a folder
2. Choose 'rotate clockwise
3.

Actual Results:  
Only fist image is rotated

Expected Results:  
all selected images should be rotated

The button is located over a specific image, hinting that it will only rotate that image. With multiple images selected, you might notice that the Edit > Rotate menu items are grayed out.

But perhaps you should be able to rotate multiple items at a time. Re-categorizing this as a wishlist item.
