When ever I try to search a file or folder in krunner menu , it lits a lot of empty rows with only  help icon(?), when I click the row, Displays the pop up Malformed url, 
I reindexed my folder multiple times by 
disabling and enabling the balooctl, 
and manually indexing using balooctl index <path>
Could not solve the problem
balooctl status returns
Indexer state: Idle
Indexed 35793 / 35793 files
Current size of index is 42.73 MiB


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Alt+F2
2.Type a file/folder to be searched, empty list will be shown with help icon.
3.

Actual Results:  
Malformed URL

Expected Results:  
File/folder to be displayed on the list, cicking on them should open it.

I have the same issue. It used to be working fine.

This line is logged everytime krunner try do a search: 

baloorunner[1059]: QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified
