Currently Plasma uses Oxygen Mono as default fixed-size font.
It would be better to use Noto Mono.
Reasons:
- Has better rendering over Oxygen, 
- it is the defalut DE font, 
- it doesn't pull in extra deps (ttf-oxygen)
- Oxygen is not maintained
