Clean project doesn't seem to do anything

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a bunch of clips
2. Drop one into timeline
3. Hit clean project

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
All clips not in the timeline removed

Thanks for your report. This issue was fixed yesterday in git master and will be in Kdenlive 16.04, released in April.
