After upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10, Dolphin returns the following error:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so'.

Reproducible: Always

Okay, after more updates, upgrades, dist-upgrades, and dpkg --configure -a ---- this bug has, so far, resolved itself.
