I just created a new test project in Kdenlive version 15.13.0.r6946.240d432-1. I added some clips to the Project Bin, dragged into the timeline, added one dissolve transition to the two, and playback was... problematic. It only played the first clip, but only after the beginning of the dissolve animation. It didn't transition to the clip above it, but instead played through the rest of the first clip (even though the clip had ended in the timeline).

When I saved, closed, and re-opened the project, the clips in the timeline were all jacked up. I re-arranged them into their original place, and playback worked fine. That makes me worried, though. If that was a big edit project and it got scrambled like that... yikes. :/

Tested using Kdenlive 15.13.0.r6946.240d432-1 on Antergos (Arch) Linux x64, GNOME 3.18.2.

Running from the terminal after Saving, restarting Kdenlive and re-opening project produced this (not sure if it's relevant):

Trying to convert empty KLocalizedString to QString.

Tried to re-produce the issue (used different clips, though), but issue didn't return.

If this issue starts being consistent, I'll file a new bug. Since I can't reproduce, I'm closing this bug.
