Currently if I close my laptop and take it, the screen touches the touchpad and it does thing (open app/document, select items...).

It would be better to disable it when the laptop is closed.

After discussion with Martin Gräßlin, it's not possible with x11, but a task was open for wayland. 
I'll add him in CC so that he closes the bug if needed.
