or shoud i say "Splitter not visible in toolbars"

The splitter are meant to separate logically related actions in the toolbar; and even they seems to be available on the toolbar (when viewed from
'Configure Toolbar') still splitters do not appear in the toolbars.

though splitter (the first '------' in the configure toolbar) is available it is not being displayed in any application. thanks.

the separator is implemented in most themes as little gap.
