Currently the reopen bugs are not shown, so 

1) I keep adding bugs already known (it's time consuming for the devs)
2) I never find them back without doing a advanced research.

Maybe other tags should be added, but this one, definitely.

Please provide an example. I rather find the opposite, if looking - for example -at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339863
