The JPEG-file was send from SAMSUNG-Mobil to my Email-Adress, but there is no way to open it. Many Graphic-Programs fail (GIMP, FEH, KRITA and so on)

When opening the file with ristretto, 
the error is displayed: not a jpg-file! File: starts with 0x3f 0x3f
when opening with image magic
the error is displayed: unknow format
when opening with Gwenview
the error is displayed: Loading 20151120_094824.jpg failed. Loading meta information failed.
in the same way it fails with the programs okular, comics,  and many others, 
but you can see it in a very small thumb on the file-manager thunar 1.6.3.

Krita says the same thing:

Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x3f 0x3f

I'm afraid that means that it just isn't a jpeg file -- it really isn't. It starts with "???/?Exif" -- my guess is that it's only metadata about the image. Krita, even 3.0 (2.8 is really old) crashes because the jpeg library crashes when confronted with the broken input.

I'm afraid that this is a bug that Samsung should solve... Not that they will!
