When dragging a file or folder onto the compact representation of a Folder View (eg. if I have it in my panel) should allow moving/copying the item to the FolderView's folder. Also, hovering should open the popup after a slight delay like Task Manager does it when it raises the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a FolderView in your panel
2. Start dragging a file
3. Move over the FolderView
4. Drop

Actual Results:  
You'll get an icon widget in your panel

Expected Results:  
It will prompt whether to copy/move/link the file to the folder of the FolderView
