I can add effects only by adding them from the effects menu. It s not possible anymore to drag and drop configured effects from the properties window anymore..  This happens all the time

kalimerox, can you please check with the current stable 16.04.2 or beta 16.07.xx Kdenlive version and MLT 6.2.0+ if the bug is fixed or still is present? If it's fixed, then I would like to ask you to be so kind as to close this bug report. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
