After modifying Global Keyboard Shortcuts a couple of times in KDE Control Module, KWin stops being shown in the list of KDE Components to choose from. Issue resolves itself after restarting.
The issue was reproduced around 10 times and each time required restart before being shown again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change any value after selecting KWin as the KDE Component. 
2. Repeat a couple of times until KWin stops being shown
3. Restart and the issue is resolved

Actual Results:  
KWin actions cannot be modified until rebooted

Expected Results:  
Keep showing KWin duh!
