1. Build debian package
2. run lintain
3. it cries

Actual Results:  
 it cries

Expected Results:  
no crying of lintian

Please remove the she-bang if the script is indeed not suppose to be executable. If it is, make it so.

The script should be executable for those authoring the theme, and eventually for users when the color scheme generation scripts are reworked. For now, however, it's just an authoring tool for developers- the packaged binary doesn't really need it at all.

render_assets.sh script is not installed now, and at least since 5.15 there's not such file.
