KDEvelop 4.90.90, installed with http://krf.kollide.net/files/work/kdevelop/kdevelop-x64-setup-5.0.0-20160401.exe

The KDevelop icon is missing, so Windows use the default application icon : http://www.mirari.fr/lwH4.png

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KDEvelop

Actual Results:  
Windows uses the default application icon

Expected Results:  
Windows uses the KDevelop icon
