Whenever I press "report a bug" in gwenview 
I'm getting page 
with following error  on it ''Sorry, either the product org.kde.gwenview does not exist or you aren't authorized to enter a bug" into it. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open gwenview
2. Open Help\Report bug
3. Click Launch Bug Report Wizard

Actual Results:  
The "https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided&product=org.kde.gwenview&version=15.08.2" will be opened with ''Sorry, either the product org.kde.gwenview does not exist or you aren't authorized to enter a bug" into it. Because org.kde.gwenview is selected in application combo box by default. 

Expected Results:  
"gwenview" must be selected in application combobox and  "https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided&product=gwenview&version=15.08.2" must be opened after "Launch Bug Report Wizard" press

Works for me in Gwenview 17.11.70 in KDE Neon.
