F23 updated to kde-connect 0.9.3

Current versions of KDE Connect don't implement a way to know if the device you are connected to supports a feature or not. In this case, file browsing is not yet supported when connecting desktop to desktop. Version 1.0 will check and disable plugins that are not supported, so it will be more clear for the user what should work and what not. Short term, however, there are no plans to implement file browsing desktop to desktop.
