I've reinstalled twice and it still won't work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open krita
2.Try to draw
3.

Actual Results:  
My pen doesn't show up

Expected Results:  
My pen shows up like normal

Hi,

Thanks for your report. It must be an issue with a particular configuration on your system, of course, since drawing works for other people. Can you tell me:

* which operating system you are using
* which graphics tablet
* what graphics processor 

In general, reinstalling Krita won't make any difference. You can try to remove the existing configuration and see if that makes the problem go away.

I'm sorry, I have not enough information to help you, let alone determine whether this is a bug in Krita or a misconfiguration of your system.
