Did you try vokoscreen? It has an incredible neat UI for selecting a region on screen using the mouse: a rectangle with size indication and corner, side handles, and a mid (move) handle. Also can select a window and will even follow this window. Hello xdmx, does the suggestion of Vokoscreen satisfy your needs or you feel this is something you need in Kdenlive? Please close the report if you agree. Thanks Hi Farid, I've been using Vokoscreen so far and it's very good, I don't feel a need of having it integrated into Kdenlive since I can just import the video and edit it when I need.
