Do not allow to change avatar of other users
The current location of the .face-file in the user's home does not allow to change other user's avatar in a clean manner. Problems arise when the home directories are encrypted. Then for each user the avatar was changed a password for each user would have to be entered. The simple solution is to not allow to change the avatar of other users. Hopefully in the near future a better solution will be available.
