On edit the speaker settings the shell will crash.

KCrash: Application 'plasmashell' crashing...
KCrash: Attempting to start /usr/lib64/libexec/drkonqi from kdeinit


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a application that will stream some sound, you should see it in the speaker application tab 
2. left click on the speaker symbol in the taskbar, this will open a speaker menu, let it open
3. right click on the speaker symbol and open the settings
4. if plasma shell doesnt crash close settings dialog go to 3.
