From LO send a file as pdf/.odt to Kontact/kmail results in tmp-file not found

2. choose file->send email as pdf
3. click OK in pdf-export

Actual Results:
kmail says
file:/home/username/test/lu8801ra5sbl.tmp/lu8801ra5sbn.tmp/noname.pdf doesn't exist

Directorys and file are existing and readable.

bash:
log_messagecomposer: adding attachment with url: QUrl( "file:file:/home/username/test/lu29612ixth8d.tmp/lu29612ixth8f.tmp/noname.pdf"

Comment 2 AndreasH59 2015-12-29 14:31:13 UTC
sry, Kmail 5.0.2
Comment 3 Laurent Montel 2015-12-29 15:02:15 UTC
I tested it and it's fixed now perhaps in 5.0.3 or 5.1 (but I think 5.0.3)

I'm still seeing the very same issue with KMail 5.3.0.
No matter what I choose in the "Send" menu of LibreOffice (e.g. via PDF, as MS Excel) it always complains that the file /tmp/lu4510r7o470.tmp/lu4510r7o47o.tmp/Something does not exist (note how there's no file extension in the error message, the file is a .pdf or .xsl but the error message doesn't have it which is probably the reason for this)
Comment 5 Kai Uwe Broulik 2017-01-10 07:51:35 UTC
When I manually configure "kmail" as E-Mail client in Extras -> Settings -> Internet -> Email it works, we might be facing a LibreOffice (xdg-open, even?) bug here.
