Hello, is this issue still reproducible for you somehow? I didn't manage to reproduce this with current KMail2 from master. Going to Receiving, Add custom account, then selecting Maildir renders the correct dialog here. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
