Hi again,

When plasma-pa is unloaded from the system tray, it still controls the volume.

Scenario:
* Start plasma with plasma-pa disabled
** Keyboard's volume keys are not captured by plasma-pa
* Enable plasma-pa on the system tray (from system tray settings)
** Keyboard's volume keys are captured by plasma-pa and plasma-pa's OSD is shown
* Disable plasma-pa on the system tray
** Keyboard's volume keys are still captured by plasma-pa

The only way to disable plasma-pa is to disabled it in the system tray and the restart plasmashell.

Reproducible: Always
