The dropdown branch list on Github is truncated and shows 0 entries.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL above 
2. Click on the "Branch: master" button

Actual Results:  
An HTML popup appears with a textbox and two tabs, one called "branches" and the other called "tags", but in both tabs, no branches or tags are visible.

Expected Results:  
Branches such as 0.12 should be visible (as I can see in Firefox).
