Ark has not been able to open .rar, it was not found any appropriate extension

1.Try to open .rar archive

Actual Results:  
Ark has not been able to open .rar

Expected Results:  
Open .rar archive

Ark 15.08 works well

Already fixed in archlinux. Please update your package to ark 15.12.0-2
