Description ihummoru 2015-12-23 03:55:39 UTC
First time using Krita with Surface book. Wanted to go through the 'getting started' items listed on the splash screen. However, NO items listed on the splash screen are functional. I'm using the pen that comes with the Surface Book.

Reproducible: Always

Hi,

Thanks for your report. The splash screen links only work after Krita has been loaded, due to a limitation of the Qt framework. Do they work then for you, or still not? Do they work for you when you use the touchpad or touch screen to link on them? If that's the case, it's probably yet another n-trig issue :-(

I thought it was Krita with the problem. But it may have been Windows, not sure. When I switched out of Tablet mode on my Surface book to regular Windows 10 mode the splash screen links worked. Now they also work in tablet mode as well. I can't recreate the issue.

Okay, thanks for getting back to me. I noticed that my SP3 gets really confused when switching between tablet and desktop mode, after it upgraded itself to Windows 10.
