Panel don't keep alignement while moving.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create panel with centered alignement.
2. Move panel to another edge.


Actual Results:  
Panel is not centered

Expected Results:  
Panel is centered

Actually it does remember it.

It has different settings stored for when it's horizontal and vertical.
If you drag it back to the bottom or to the top it'd go shrunk and central again.

Marking this as invalid, but I might revisit this as being a silly function that doesn't help anything.
