When taking a screenshot with --background and --clipboard the resulting screenshot is saved to the picture folder when it should only be copied to the clipboard.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run something like "spectacle -rbc" or "spectacle -fbc"

Actual Results:  
Screenshot is saved to picture directory and copied to clipboard.

Expected Results:  
Screenshot is only copied to clipboard.
