Click PrtSc and expect the spectacle dialog to open to offer choice of type of screenshot and when to take the image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click PrtSc on keyboard
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Screenshot is taken without any dialog controlling the application to offer choice of type and delay.

Expected Results:
Expect spectacle dialog box to open with options for delay and whether whole screen or rectangular regions etc.

Version spectacle 15.12.0-1

Spectacle can be opened from the K menu but this does not seem to happen if the PrtSc button is pressed.

Apparently this has been happening with a few people - you need to delete ~/.config/khotkeysrc and then relogin.

Thank you Boudhayan - yes deleting ~/.config/khotkeysrc does fix this. It seems to be a leftover of KDE4 configs that is not cleaned up after updating to plasma. Presumably starting a clean new user will not generate this issue - and perhaps for anyone who did not use the kprintscreen hotkey in KDE4 this might not arise. I will mark this bug as closed with "wontfix". It would still be useful for users to know this issue has a simply resolution.
