Selecting URL  in FF or Kate pops up little balloon window, which offers :
Seite öffnen [Mail page?]
Mit Firefox öffen [Open with FF?]
URL senden [Mail URL?]
Mit Mozilla öffen [Open with Mozilla?]
Mit Konqueror öffnen [Open with Konqueror?]

In Clipboard Settings:
General: Ignore Images is activated
General: Ignore Selections is activated
Actions: MIME Type Actions is not activated

Also In Klipper Settings:
General: Ignore Images is activated
General: Ignore Selections is activated
Actions: MIME Type Actions is not activated

While this PopUp every other user action is blocks [therefore I can't even take a screenshot]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select URL in Browser address bar or select an URL [e.g. http://some.example]

Actual Results:  
PopUp with actions appears:
Seite öffnen [Mail page?]
Mit Firefox öffen [Open with FF?]
URL senden [Mail URL?]
Mit Mozilla öffen [Open with Mozilla?]
Mit Konqueror öffnen [Open with Konqueror?]

Expected Results:  
NO POPUP WILL APPEAR

I searched for two days. Nothing found.

For me: I can't work like this.

nevermind, you said it affects Kate as well. Re-assigning to Klipper.
That you cannot interact with anything while a popup is open is a bug that will be fixed by Wayland.

Got some inspiration and stopped cairo-dock.

'Bug' is gone!

Haven't found settings for this in cairo-dock yet.

But it is not on Plasma!
