Whenever I edit an element from the list and click ok the tree view elements all turn solid black.  If I do anything to refresh the screen (e.g. collapse or expand an element or minize and re-expand the window) you can see everything once again.

Can't reproduce in KDE 3.x, assumed to be fixed.
