Description Alex Zaballa 2015-12-17 03:41:23 UTC
Playing Kmines, I was taking a guess based on the numbers and when I clicked a mine, the number indicators where shown to be wrong. If this is a game mechanic that I was previously unaware of, I apologize for my report. Please see image link for more details. Make note of the upper left hand quadrant. Directly under the exploded mines, the numbers are '2 2 1' where I believe they should be '3 3 2'.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Expected Results:
The number indicators should properly indicate the mines in their vicinity, unless this is an undocumented game mechanic. :)

Thanks. External links might disappear.

As for the issue, I am not sure I understand the problem.
I took your image and marked all assignments in the upper left.
All seems fine.
I am not a kmines expert but from what I see it was not possible to clearly say if the mine there was under the field on the left or the right.

I guess I may be understanding the game wrong. Isn't the mine with the X over it, still a mine? If not, then delete this entire report. If so, then the numbers directly below should read as '332' not '221'.

This is what I get for being bored quite honestly.
Comment 6 Frederik Schwarzer 2015-12-18 11:15:32 UTC
The crossed mine is a field where the player suspected a mine incorrectly.
Iconography can sometimes be indistinct.

I will close this report but do not feel bad about opening it. It is better if we close an invalid report after discussing the issue then not getting reports from people who think there might be something wrong.

So thanks for your report. :)
