When setting custom position for the notifications they are reset at reboot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use custom notification setting.
2. Reboot
3. Profit

Actual Results:  
The "use custom position for the notification popup" is not selected anymore.

Expected Results:  
remember setting.
