Hover on widget, but it don't show handles. Widgets are unlocked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover mouse over FolderView widget in Desktop

Actual Results:  
Handles don't appears

Expected Results:  
Handles  appears

Only dragging item from Folder, somehow makes handles to show-up

Plasma 5.5 defaults to press and hold for widget management. If you prefer the old behavior you can revert to it in the Tweaks page of the desktop settings dialog.
