Issue #5 doesn't seem appropriate anymore. Clips with effects in the Project Bin behave exactly like clips in the timeline, now. Seems perfectly congruent with program operations. :) As for #4: please don't! :) I need it on a regular basis as my projects often draw from several reuse/share folders. Sometimes I need to use a modified clip in lieu of a shared clip. Then, I'm happy if I can hover over the clip and see if I'm correctly the modified clip instead of its shared standard clip. @wegwerf, just curious, if the file path was included in the clip properties, and you had to select the clip, then click the "Clip Properties" button to see the file path in there, would that still be satisfactory for you? The reason I made the suggestion is if the user changes the title text in the clip, and for some reason needs to see the original file name, that seemed appropriate for the tooltip. For many users, I'd think having the whole filepath in the tooltip would be unnecessary. It's only a minor suggestion, though. :) I'm good one way or the other. Re issue #4: unfortunately not, as when I need to check multiple clips this quickly gets tedious, especially with long file paths getting clipped off. The easiest way thus currently is the pop up. Crazy... More than fair. If it's a need, it's a need. :) I'd say disregard suggestion #4 then. Issues 1, 2, and 3 still seem relevant in Kdenlive 16.11.70 git master builds. |
