When entering 'System Settings -> Account Details' the left panel is not able to adjust it's width based on the displayed components. This can be easily seen when the KDE is set in another language that has a longer description for those components.

This problem can be seen in the image attached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 'System Settings'
2. Go to 'Account Details'

Actual Results:  
The is an horizontal scrollbar for the components panel.


Expected Results:  
The shouldn't be any horizontal scrollbar for the components panel.
The width of the left panel should be calculated based on the width of the components strings.

If this problem is not seen, change the localization to 'Romanian'.

Considering 'System Settings' navigation panel was completely rewritten in the recent Plasma releases, I think that this ticket should be closed.
